Each hat is made to order, below is an estimate for how long it will take to arrive with you.
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow between 2 & 4 weeks for UK orders to reach you and up to 5 weeks for countries outside of the UK.
Timeframes may be shorter during quieter months, so please get in touch to discuss when you need your hat by.
DELIVERY TIMES - UK ORDERS.
Your hat will be sent using the Parcelforce Express 48hr service-a signature will be required upon delivery.
DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your hat will be sent using the Parcelforce Global Priority 3 - 5 working day service - a signature will be required upon delivery.
*A Global Express International service of 1-2 working days is available at an extra charge of £35.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched due to customs clearance or unforeseen events. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges or taxes which must be paid at the point of entry into the destination country. All prices on this website exclude taxes and charges in your relevant country.
The customer is also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you receive your item in a damaged state, you must ensure the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery, prior to signing for the item. You must provide us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days.
You will receive an email to confirm your order has left our studio.
All orders are carefully packaged in a high quality black & white striped hat box with tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to protect the hat box.
Should you require an item urgently, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)79 3187 0326 and we will do our very best to accommodate you. There may be a small additional fee requested for a special ''Rush'' order.
As our Hats are Made to Order, therefore due to the nature of this service we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We will try to accommodate any changes you wish you make after the design has been confirmed, but please note that this may incur additional charges and may not always be possible.

Small variations in colour, size and design may occasionally happen and are a unique feature of the handcrafted process.

Joanne Edwards Millinery reserves the right to adapt a product as necessary, for example, in the event of a material becoming unavailable. Changes will be minor and will not make significant differences to the appearance of the product.
